Teaching Philosophy
I have had the pleasure of working as an educator for over 7 years now! I am currently studying Theatre Education at JMU and I am finishing up my last semester by student teaching! After graduation I plan to start teaching Theatre full time. Over the years I have gotten lots of hands on experience teaching kids at Alexandria Children's Theatre, where I have lead hundreds of students and led camps in a variety of topics including Musical Theatre, Improv, and Devised Theatre!

USITT.
USITT or United States Institute of Theatre Technology is an organization which aims to advance the skills and knowledge of theatrical design, production, and technology. JMU's branch specifically teaches in a wide variety of tech theatre areas to foster a community for tech students and help create multifaceted artists.
As president I increased membership and meeting attendance by over 150%, doubled the amount of meetings, organized dozens of guest artists to host meetings including numerous professional designers and artists!
